About our Studio
Wendy Bloy was studying “A” level art in England when, in 1982, she emigrated to South Africa.
Unable to continue with her studies, Wendy joined the corporate world and also spent a number of years with the NGO Get Ahead Foundation. Despite working long hours and being away from the family, Wendy managed to maintain her love of art and craft.
In 1997 the opportunity arose for Wendy to leave her office-bound job and open a Creative Image studio in Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria. The studio has been up and running since the beginning of 1998.
With the backing of Creative Image head office, the help of the other Creative Image teachers and the loyalty of her students, Wendy and Creative Image Waterkloof has gone from strength to strength.
